Unlimited Automatic Monthly Wash Plan

1. The monthly Wash Plans allows for an unlimited number of car wash visits for the purchased plan for the specified enrolled vehicle. Unlimited Wash Plans are activated for one month upon full payment by credit or debit card, and wash plans are AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED MONTHLY UNTIL CANCELLED BY CARD HOLDER OR OASIS AUTO SPA. Statements are not issued. NO Refunds or Credits.

2. In the event that Oasis Auto Spa is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card due to an expired card, change of information, or the card processing system declines the card, the pass will be deactivated on the 1st day after the billing date.

3. Monthly wash plans are not intended for commercial use, fleet accounts, Uber, Lyft, taxis, etc. Oasis Auto Spa reserves all rights and discretions to change, modify, or cancel individual plans.

4. In the event the wash plan is used in any way inconsistent with it’s terms and conditions, the wash plan will be immediately voided and all monies will be forfeited.

5. To Cancel: Monthly Wash Plans may be cancelled any time by calling (702) 616-2547 and leave a message or by person at Oasis Auto Spa. Please allow at least 5 business days before your billing date to affect cancellation. No exceptions.

6. The unlimited wash plan is only valid for vehicles suitable to go through the Oasis Auto Spa and wash tunnel safely. Oasis Auto Spa cannot be held responsible for Non-Factory equipment or accessories, previous damage, unsubstantiated damage, or vehicles more than 10 years old.

7. Restrictions apply to professional, commercial, delivery, Uber, Lyft, Taxis and the like, etc. Please see manager for special offers and pricing.

In the event the plates are no longer in use (Sold, Expired, etc) the contract is cancelled and a new contract needs to be completed. Limited to 1 X per day.
